Looking for an escape from it all? Belleair Beach’s gulf-facing, pristine white sands are renowned as relaxing, quiet play space surrounded by impressive, sedate waterfront homes. Claim your little bit of paradise in this recently remodeled one bedroom/one bathroom gulf-front condo. Wake to shore birds patrolling the surf line, dolphin pods swimming the coast and the best front-row seats to sunsets.
This contemporary, cozy condo comfortably sleeps 4. Two queen-size beds are in the bedroom and a sleeper-sofa bed is in the main room for extra guests.
The condo has been tastefully decorated w/18″ Key West Coral tile on the walls, French pattern natural stone travertine chiseled flooring, bamboo wood ceilings, white opal quartz counter tops, a granite breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, and a glass walk-in shower with tub drain for bathing.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and silverware. Appliances include: refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, and drip pot coffee maker.
The unit comes with cable TV in the living room and a TV w/cable in bedroom. There is free Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire unit as well as outside near the pool area.
The condo is on the bottom floor (far left) facing the Gulf of Mexico. The parking is open and only 25 feet from the unit for easy access. Located just 45ft from the unit is a heated pool, which faces the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for relaxing or for wearing the kids out after a long day of exploring nearby shops and attractions. Please use all we have to offer: Gulf beach frontage, use of gas grills, lounge chairs, ice machine, and laundry on the 3rd floor.
While Belleair Beach is quiet, within 5 miles you can access a wide variety of restaurants, a Publix supermarket and quality shops along Gulf Blvd including all the amenities and attractions of Clearwater Beach. If you are looking for great food, there are dozens of amazing places to choose from. Some of our favorites include Columbia Restaurant Sand Key, Café De Paris Bakery, Villa Gallace, Guppy’s on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Frenchy’s Rockaway Seafood Grill, Caretta on The Gulf, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, Seaweed, E&E Stakeout Grill, Sea-Guini, and Cesare at The Beach are within 1-6 miles from the unit.
If you are feeling ‘beach mellow’, leave your car parked and hop on the Jolley Trolley or the Suncoast Trolley. We are fewer than 10 minutes from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium, one-time home of dolphins Winter and Hope from the film Dolphin Tale 1 & 2 and Clearwater Beach attractions to the north. Or head south to Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, and St. Pete Beach.
Farther afield, the unit is less than an hour from Busch Gardens, ZooTampa at Lowry Park rated among “top 25 Zoos in U.S.” by Trip Advisor , Tampa International Airport-TPA, International Mall, and 20 minutes from the St. Pete/ Clearwater airport-PIE.

***RENTAL AGREEMENT/AGE POLICY: Upon completion of booking, we require a valid ID and completion of our signed electronic rental agreement. Must be 25+ to rent. We have the right to terminate your booking if additional verification is not provided.
***SMOKING POLICY: We do not allow smoking in our condo, or on our balconies as it negatively impacts other guests who are renting.
***SERVICE FEES: Travelers will be charged a service fee when reserving online. This fee is charged to the traveler’s credit card once the booking has been accepted.
***DAMAGE INSURANCE: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a one time damage fee, plus tax if applicable. The damage fee covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property (E.g. furniture, fixtures and appliances) provided you report the damage to the host PRIOR to check out.
***PET POLICY: Our unit is pet friendly, please note a $150 pet fee + applicable taxes will apply to any guests bringing a pet. The pet fee is NOT already included in your rate, the fee will be added on and charged after booking. Our HOA only allows pets that are 25 lbs. or less, and only ONE pet per unit. Please be aware the City of Belleair Beach does NOT permit dogs on any of its beaches.
***BEACH EQUIPMENT: We try to keep two beach chairs and an umbrella in each unit, we just do not guarantee these items. The front desk offers chairs and umbrellas on a first come first serve basis.
