***Our unit is pet friendly, please note a $150 pet fee + applicable taxes will apply to any guests bringing a pet. Our HOA only allows pets that are 25 lbs or less, and only one pet per unit***
***At the request of the city, our guests must complete a pet registration form to keep on file at the Front Desk. Please be aware the City of Belleair Beach does not permit dogs on any of its beaches. There is a fine of $116 should a code enforcement officer catch someone breaking the rules. We thought it would be useful to note that “emotional support” animals do NOT have the same rights as certified service animals. Trained service animals who provide a physical service to an individual ARE permitted on the beach, but emotional support animals are not. This has been a growing issue for many businesses, and we want to make sure our guests are aware***
***We try to keep two beach chairs and an umbrella in each unit, we just do not guarantee these items. The front desk offers chairs and umbrellas on a first come first serve basis. If you need recommendations for beach equipment rentals or baby equipment rentals, please feel free to ask and we will provide their contact information***
***We do not allow smoking in our condo, or on our balconies as it negatively impacts other guests who are renting***
There is nothing like waking up in paradise! Arise from your slumber to enjoy a cup of coffee, made in your eat-in-kitchen where you can gaze upon a full view of the Gulf of Mexico. The 3rd floor view will leave you mesmerized at the breathtaking splendor of the Gulf of Mexico.
This one bedroom/one bathroom condo boasts two Queen-size beds in the oversized bedroom and a new sleeper sofa in the main room, and anything else you could possibly need on your vacation. The oversized bedroom has a 42″” LED TV, 2 stainless reading lamps, two BRAND NEW Queen Tempur-Pedic mattresses, 8 Tempur-Pedic pillows, and Mahogany beds with pullout dresser below. The mattresses are protected with waterproof covers and brand new Egyptian 800 thread count sheets and bedspreads.
The condo has 18×18 hand-laid beige travertine tile floors and granite counter tops throughout entire unit. The kitchen is also brand new and comes with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, stove and oven, a full sized refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, etc.The unit is located on the top floor, left corner perfect for watching a sunset, the passing of a few dolphins, or Tarpon rolling off shore. There is an elevator and ramp for easy access. There are two free parking passes for the unit.
Resting just 85ft from the unit is a heated pool, which faces the Gulf of Mexico perfect for wearing the kids out after a long day of exploring Gulf Blvd. or simply relaxing. Feel free to utilize all we have to offer: Gulf beach frontage, usage of gas grills, lounge chairs, ice machine, and (laundry on the 3rd floor)–directly across from your unit.
We are less than 10 minutes from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium housing the dolphins Winter and Hope from the film Dolphin Tale 1 & 2, and less than an hour from Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa International Airport-TPA, International Mall, and 20 minutes from the St. Pete/ Clearwater airport-PIE.
The unit comes with free surround-sound Cable TV in living room and LED TV w/cable in bedroom. There is free WIFI Internet throughout the entire unit as well as outside near the pool area.
If you are looking for great food, there are dozens of amazing places to choose from. Columbia Cuban, Frenchy’s Rockaway Seafood Grill, Island Way Grill, Salt Rock Grille, Crabby Bill, Gondolier Pizza, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, Marlin Darlin, and Cesare at The Beach are within 1-5 miles from the unit. There is also plenty of shopping and a Publix grocery store within 1 mile of the unit.”
